Welcome to Chatsey Laughs. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This application is designed strictly for entertainment purposes to provide comedic, unfiltered AI interactions. Because our priority is your privacy, we operate on a highly minimized data collection model.

2. Data We Collect (Or Don't)

We do NOT require an account to use the basic functions of this app. Your chat messages are processed solely to generate the comedic AI responses you request. We do not store transcripts of your conversations on our servers permanently, nor do we sell your personal data to third-party data brokers.

• On-Device Processing: Wherever possible, data is kept locally on your iOS device.
• AI Processing: Audio recordings and text inputs are sent securely to our third-party LLM providers (such as OpenAI/Apple Intelligence equivalents) purely to generate the character's response in real time. These third-party providers are strictly restricted from using your data to train their base models.

3. Microphones & Voice Data

If you use the Voice/Audio chat features, Chatsey Laughs requires access to your device's microphone. Audio data is transmitted securely to our specialized speech-to-text translators and immediately discarded after transcription is complete. We do not retain audio logs.

4. Children's Privacy

Chatsey Laughs is explicitly NOT intended for children under 17. The AI personalities use strong language, dark humor, and adult themes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

5. Security

We use standard iOS security frameworks and secure HTTPS encryption for all API traffic between your device and our servers. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and on this URL.
