1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Chatsey Laughs iOS Application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Purpose and Liability

The App provides AI-generated text and audio responses meant exclusively for comedic, satirical, and entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that:

The AI personalities are programmed to generate "roast" comedy. They will insult you, give objectively terrible life advice, and use strong language.
Under no circumstances should the outputs of the App be treated as factual, medical, psychological, or professional advice.
We are not responsible for any emotional distress, misinterpretation, or actions taken as a result of using the App. You use the App entirely at your own risk.

3. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 17 years old to use the App due to frequent/intense mature themes, profanity, and dark humor. By using the App, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Appropriate Use

While the AI is designed to be abrasive, you agree not to use the App to generate illegal content, hate speech, or content designed to harass real-world individuals outside of the context of the App. We reserve the right to ban users or limit access if the underlying AI APIs detect severe misuse or safety policy violations.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may be offered on a subscription or one-off purchase basis via Apple's App Store. All payment terms, renewals, and cancellations are governed directly by Apple's App Store policies. We do not manually handle refunds; please contact Apple Support for billing inquiries.

6. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any of its features (including specific AI personalities) at any time without notice. Because AI relies on third-party APIs, uptime and specific behavioral persistence cannot be guaranteed.
